Lee Chambers is an environmental psychologist and well-being consultant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Psychology and an MSc in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey.

Lee is the founder of Essentialise, which delivers training focusing on organisational cultures, conscious leadership, and employee well-being. He is driven by a fascination with the psychology of health behaviours and fuelled by his journey, losing the ability to walk in 2014. He continues to study areas of biology to gain an interconnected understanding of the human experience from differing perspectives and is currently studying the impact of sleep on workplace conflict.

Outside of Essentialise, he regularly speaks in education about mindset and resilience, coaches a disability football team, and is a board member of Wellbeing Lancashire. He resides in Preston with his family and is continually amazed by his wonderfully curious children.
